OAJ conducts survey of journalists

The Organization of Accessible Journalism is currently conducting a survey of journalists living and working in the U.S. to access the state of accessibility understanding and practices across the industry.

This survey is part of a year-long effort to collect data the industry is missing about accessibility: how our industry sees accessibility; how accessible are our news sites; and how our news audiences perceive our accessibility.

We are starting with ourselves: journalists. We encourage all journalists, journalism educators, and those who work for journalism outlets and journalism support organizations to take this survey. The only requirement is to live and work in the U.S. or U.S. territories.
